How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days. Each item is crafted in small batches, so timing may vary slightly during busy periods.
How long does delivery take?
- U.S.: 2–5 business days via USPS
- International: 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and destination
These are estimated delivery times—delays can occur due to weather or customs.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return full-price clothing in original condition (unworn, tags attached) within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges aren’t direct—please return your item and place a new order.
Sale items: final sale. Non-clothing items: final sale. Full-price clothing with promo code: returnable for store credit only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. More info here.
My package says "Delivered" but I can’t find it. What now?
Try these steps:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check porch, mailbox, or with neighbors
- Allow 2–3 days, sometimes tracking is early
- If still missing, call USPS at 1‑800‑275‑8777

My package is stuck "In Transit". What do I do?
Tracking information comes from USPS. If it hasn’t updated in several days, contact USPS directly (1‑800‑275‑8777).
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What now?
Please email support@sixplanets.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right.
