Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

The short version

We do not sell your data. We do use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which means Meta learns you visited and may use that to target ads at you — so if "sell" means "shares my browsing with advertisers," read section 4 before you decide we are in the clear. Section 7 lists every way to switch it off.

1

Who We Are

sixplanets is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Dmitry Moiseenko in Frisco, Texas. We provide custom DTF printing services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.

2

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and project details.

We also collect information automatically as you browse: browser and device type, IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This happens through cookies and similar technologies, on every visit, whether or not you order anything. Several privacy laws treat an IP address and cookie identifiers as personal information, so we count them as such here rather than calling them anonymous.

3

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, send order updates and shipping notifications, and improve our services.

We also use the browsing information described above to understand how people find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising works. Section 6 explains which tools do this.

We may email you about promotions or new products. You can unsubscribe at any time — see section 7.

4

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never trade or rent it. We do share specific information with the companies that help us run the business, and each of them is limited to using it for the job we hired them to do.

Order and payment details go to our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). Your name and shipping address go to Shippo and the carrier delivering your package. Our hosting, database, and order email run on Amazon Web Services. When you type an address at checkout, it is sent to Google Places to suggest completions.

We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site. These receive information about your visit — pages you view, your IP address, device and browser details, and identifiers stored in cookies — even if you never buy anything. Meta may use that information for its own advertising purposes, including showing you ads on Facebook and Instagram. We are not paid for this, but some privacy laws describe this kind of disclosure as "sharing" or even "selling" personal information, so we would rather tell you plainly than hide behind the word. Section 7 explains how to turn it off.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5

Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take every practical precaution.

6

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Some cookies are necessary for the site to work at all — they remember what is in your cart and keep you signed in. Those cannot be turned off without breaking checkout.

The rest come from two third-party tools that load on every page. Google Analytics 4 measures traffic: how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they are. The Meta Pixel measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people here, and lets Meta build advertising profiles that may follow you to other sites and apps.

To be clear about the timing: both tools load as soon as the page opens, before you click anything. We do not currently show a cookie consent banner. If that matters to you, section 7 lists the controls that work today.

7

Your Choices

To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits — here or on any other site — install Google's official opt-out browser add-on.

To limit what Meta does with the activity it collects here, open the "Off-Facebook activity" controls in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. You can disconnect this site specifically, or clear the history Meta has already associated with you.

Your browser can also block third-party cookies entirely, and most browsers offer a tracking-protection setting. Blocking third-party cookies stops both tools without affecting your cart or checkout.

To stop marketing email, reply to any message we send or email contact@sixplanets.com, and we will remove you. Order and shipping notifications are separate and will still reach you.

Wherever you live, if you want to know what information we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email contact@sixplanets.com and we will take care of it. We will not charge you or ask why.

9

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
