Shipping Policy — sixplanets, Frisco TX

Every order is custom-made, so we need a little time to get things right. Once you approve your digital proof, allow 5 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where things stand.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to anywhere in the continental United States.

Orders over $100 ship free. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.

If you are in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, you can pick up your order for free at our Frisco, TX studio. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CT.

Select "Local Pickup" during checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Need it faster? Express shipping is available on a per-order basis. Email us at contact@sixplanets.com before or after placing your order and we will work out the best option for your timeline.

Every shipped order includes tracking. Once your package leaves our studio, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and interested in placing an order, reach out to us at contact@sixplanets.com and we will see what we can do.
