Shipping and pickup

Production takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit is additional.

We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where things stand.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and UPS to US addresses served by our carriers.

Free standard US shipping on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, shipping is quoted at checkout. Free pickup in Frisco. Select an eligible ground service at checkout. Expedited services are charged at the quoted rate.

If you are in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, you can pick up your order for free at our Frisco, TX studio. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central.

Select "Local Pickup" during checkout. We will email you when production is complete and your order is ready for pickup.

Need it sooner? Contact us with your deadline. Rush availability, timing and any additional fee must be confirmed before ordering. Email us at contact@sixplanets.com before placing your order and we will work out the best option for your timeline.

Every shipped order includes tracking. Once your package leaves our studio, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and interested in placing an order, reach out to us at contact@sixplanets.com and we will see what we can do.
