Can we mix sizes or need help with artwork?
Yes. Include your size breakdown if you have it, or send an estimated quantity. Tell us what artwork you have and we will confirm what is needed before production.
Can you meet our event date?
Production takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit is additional. Contact us with your deadline. Rush availability, timing and any additional fee must be confirmed before ordering.
How do shipping and pickup work?
Free standard US shipping on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, shipping is quoted at checkout. Free pickup in Frisco. We will email you when production is complete and your order is ready for pickup.
Can we order the same design again?
For an order saved in your account, choose Reorder and review the current products and prices. For an order placed by email, send us the previous invoice number and the new quantities.
