By using the sixplanets website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are part of them. sixplanets is a sole proprietorship owned by Dmitry Moiseenko in Frisco, Texas. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

sixplanets provides custom DTF (Direct to Film) printing on blank garments. Every piece is made to order and subject to availability and confirmation of the final price.

We may refuse an order or service to anyone, for example for artwork we cannot print or a payment we cannot verify. If we do, you are not charged.

Placing an order is a request to buy. We accept it after the studio reviews your artwork and order details, and we may decline it for any reason.

Prices are in US dollars. A catalog price includes one full-color print. The price per piece shown in the designer, the cart and at checkout covers the print locations you chose, and you see the total before you pay. Sales tax is added where required, and shipping is quoted at checkout.

Online checkout is limited to $5,000 per order. For a bigger order, ask for a quote and we will invoice you. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise.

We accept credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

At checkout we place a hold, called an authorization, for the full order total on your card or PayPal account. A hold is not a charge. We charge the held amount only after the studio accepts your order. If we cannot accept the order, we cancel the hold and you are not charged. A hold that is never captured is released by your card issuer or PayPal after a limited time, and until then it may reduce your available balance.

There is no partial deposit and no balance due on delivery. If you request an invoice instead, you pay it as the invoice states.

If a payment looks unfinished, please do not pay again. Check your order status or email us first. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, we may pause production while we review the order.

You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to print the artwork you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We review your design files and confirm print placement before production starts. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Once you approve it, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

We may decline artwork we consider offensive, illegal or inappropriate.

Production takes 5–7 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit is additional. Contact us with your deadline. Rush availability, timing and any additional fee must be confirmed before ordering.

Free standard US shipping on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, shipping is quoted at checkout. Free pickup in Frisco. Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central. We will email you when production is complete and your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather or other factors outside our control.

Because every piece is made to order, production starts only after you approve the proof. Until then you can ask us to change or cancel your order by emailing contact@sixplanets.com. After you approve the proof, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot take returns for preference or change of mind. We accept no returns for preference or change of mind, only for a defect or printing error on our end.

If an order arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or replace it. Report incorrect orders in the same window. We will investigate and offer a reprint or refund as appropriate.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not misuse the site: do not interfere with its security, try to reach other customers’ information, or place orders you do not intend to complete.

All original content on this website (text, graphics, logos and images) is the property of Dmitry Moiseenko (operating as sixplanets) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works from our content requires prior written permission.

sixplanets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date and apply to orders placed after that date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
