Terms of Service

By using the sixplanets website or services, you agree to these terms. sixplanets is a sole proprietorship owned by Dmitry Moiseenko. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

sixplanets provides custom DTF (Direct to Film) printing on premium blank clothing. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

All orders require a confirmed quote before production. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

A 50% deposit is required to start production on most orders. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

We provide a digital proof for approval before printing. Once approved, we are not responsible for design errors present in the approved proof.

We reserve the right to decline artwork we consider offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.

Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush orders (2-3 days) may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Orders can be picked up in Frisco, TX or shipped anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are quoted at the time of order.

All orders are custom printed to your specifications. We do not accept returns unless there is a defect or printing error on our end.

Report defective or incorrect orders within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and offer a reprint or refund as appropriate.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

sixplanets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

All original content on this website (text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Dmitry Moiseenko (operating as sixplanets) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from our content requires prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
