Returns & Defects Policy

Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot take returns for preference or change of mind. That includes size and color choices. Each piece is printed specifically for you, which is what makes it special.

If an order arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or replace it. Email contact@sixplanets.com and include a few photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We take pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with what you receive.

We review your design files and confirm print placement before production starts. Before printing, you approve the studio proof of your design and placement. If something needs to change, reply to the proof email before you approve it.

Production starts only after you approve the proof, so check the artwork, colors, placement and sizes carefully. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
