Returns & Defects Policy

Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for size preference, color choice, or change of mind. Each piece is printed specifically for you, which is what makes it special.

If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, reach out to us at contact@sixplanets.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a few photos of the issue and we will make it right — whether that means a reprint or a replacement.

We take pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with what you receive.

Before we print anything, you will receive a digital proof showing your design on the actual blank. We offer unlimited revisions at the proof stage, so take your time and make sure everything is exactly how you want it.

Once you approve the proof, we move into production. This step helps ensure the final product matches your vision.
